Reporting to the Administrative Director, this role offers a world of opportunities to build a long-term career. As the Director’s PA, you are intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Services function. The work is varied and would suit an agile candidate who thrives under pressure and quickly adapts to challenges. Good oral skills are a must, as you will be required to improvise , on your feet or otherwise, to respond to the needs of the Director. A tolerance for long hours, often working under tight constraints, and a good memory for action items will serve you well. The work is rewarding: please the Director, and significant incentives are on offer. The base package is attractive and should enable you to concentrate wholly on the tasks before you.

Accountabilities
- Remain in close contact with the Administrative Director, ensuring you are abreast of his plans and movements
- Assist with planning of service activities
- Define limits of remit for departmental personnel
- Serve the Administrative Director as required in the fulfilment of our mission

Location: Melbourne (travel required)
Salary range: $20,000 – $30,000 pa plus discretionary incentives
Work schedule: 1-2 days per week
